We have advanced knowledge of the whole Construction procurement process from feasibility stages right the way through the Construction phase on site, including the pre commissioning and commissioning of complex building energy management systems. We also have experience during the operating & maintaining the building. We provide advice on the most cost-effective solutions to reduce construction costs, building engineering services and energy consumption throughout the whole life cycle of a property or development.
We are a leading provider of Mechanical And Electrical (M&E) Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Display Energy Certificates, Air Conditioning Energy Efficiency Inspections and Enhanced Energy Auditing Services (EPC+), advising energy conservation opportunities.
Low Carbon Energy Assessors (LCEA) Ltd are based in London and operate a Nationwide network of accredited Commercial Energy Assessors.
Our company passes 100% of our Energy Audits with the Governments accreditation schemes and have a team of specialist Accredited Energy Assessors who can assist you with your property or building portfolios. We also have Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) cleared assessors and have Employers, Public and Professional Indemnity Insurance in place.
We only allow the highest calibre assessors to work with Low Carbon Energy Assessors (LCEA) Ltd. We offer accredited energy assessors from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), Sterling Accreditation & Stroma.
