LCEA Ltd really enjoyed working on St James’s Gate mixed-use development which consisted of a double height stylish glazed reception area, four pipe fan coil air conditioning system, high speed 13 person lifts, suspended ceilings incorporating category II diffused lighting, Open floor plans with no central pillars, Superb natural light to all floors and a Rainwater harvesting system.
