LCEA worked on the Westfield Stratford City Development project in London, which is part of the UK’s largest ever regeneration projects and a core component of London 2012. As Europe’s largest urban shopping centre at 1.9 million sq ft, it includes a dynamic and targeted mixture of over 300 shops anchored by John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, 17-screen Vue cinema, all attracting a 4.1 million catchment population with a £3.24 billion weighted spend.

LCEA project managed and carried out the Energy Performance Assessments for the magnificent but long disused St Pancras Hotel which was regenerated into 425 bedroom hotel & sixty seven apartments located at the front elevation of St Pancras Station.
